JPS Psychiatric Emergency Center
New 80,000 SF healthcare construction in Fort Worth, TX providing both psychiatric emergency services and initial assessments for potential outpatient or inpatient care. Design included hydronic central plants for heating and cooling, variable air volume air-handling distribution.
Arlington ISD Transportation & Security Center
MEP design services provided for new, 23,000 SF transportation &security center building. The building will house office spaces, conference rooms along with 30kW server room designed with N+1 redundancy.

New construction of 38,000 SF hangar and 7,100 SF support office space for private jet logistics firm Signature Flight. Design included Variable Refrigerant Flow System in Office area. The hangar is designed to accommodate up to four Gulfstream G650's.
